2O23 REGISTRATION INFORMATION!
WELCOME TO THE 2023 SAINT LOUIS RACIAL EQUITY SUMMIT REGISTRATION. HERE YOU MAY CHOOSE HOW YOU WOULD EXPERIENCE THE SUMMIT.
In an effort to make the St. Louis Racial Equity Summit accessible to a wide variety of attendees, our registration is set on a sliding scale from $125 - $399. In order to reach this goal, we are asking you to make an honest assessment of what is within your means for attending the summit. The true per-person cost of the conference is $275, so we encourage you to pay at or above that level if it is within your means. This cost is what it takes for us to provide conference space, programming, translation/interpretation, audio-visual for a hybrid experience, and food for in-person attendees.

We ask that you support the sustainability of racial equity and justice efforts in our region by being as generous as possible with your registration. You are also welcome to donate beyond your registration fee as any extra proceeds from the summit benefit local racial equity systems change organizations in the region.
Choose the registration option that makes the most sense for your financial ability and needs. Each level of registration includes a recommended guide for who should utilize the level. If none of the levels are within your means, we invite you to contact us at info@racialequitystl.com to discuss scholarship options.

All the registrations listed below include full conference access, a meal, sign-language interpretation, and additional “swag” items. Any amount paid for one individual beyond $275 will be considered a tax-deductible donation to the Racial Equity Summit in care of the St. Louis Community Foundation.

If you are a person with wealth or your organization is sending you and has a budget of over $500k, please register at this level. This covers the true per-person cost of organizing the Summit to provide food, interpretation, and programming AND allows us to provide financial support to another attendee.
